ITEM AVAILABILITY
All items are one of a kind, totally unique. Once its gone, it is gone! If you saw an item on Facebook or Instagram and it is not listed on the storefront, it has either sold out or it will be released at the time and date stated. I do, however, take custom orders. Please see the custom order page to request a one of a kind item of your choice.

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
I try to include as much accurate sizing information as possible. Measurements are listed on each item’s description and you can get tips on how to measure yourself here. If you are still unsure, please feel free to email me, as all items are final sale.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You can make this choice once you’ve been directed to the check out page.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All in stock items are shipped within three business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
International shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact me at dollragsclothing@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

HOW SHOULD I WAS MY DOLL RAGS?
All items are hand wash only.

DO YOU NEED MODELS?
I am a one-woman empire, meaning everything you see is made by me and the cost of material comes out of my pocket, therefore I am not equipped to do trade work. However, I do offer discounts for established models and photographers, provided the outcome is mutually beneficial.
